   Easy Set Up and it Works!
   I purchased this unit during the LA fires when SCE frequently shut off power across Southern California. This seems to have become the new norm: when the winds pick up, SCE cuts the power. (While addressing the root cause by improving their delivery system to prevent fires would be the ideal solution, this doesn’t appear to be happening anytime soon.)Given this reality, I decided to purchase this generator. The setup was straightforward, with clear instructions, and it started on the first pull. Delivery was impressively fast—arriving the next day—and the value is excellent.To put it in perspective, a neighbor purchased a 13,000-watt generator (a little over twice the power output of this one) for $4,000. For that price, you could buy ten of these! While it is a bit noisy, I understand that’s a common characteristic of most generators.One recommendation: be sure to purchase the 30-amp generator cord to maximize its functionality.

   Excellent.Easy start up.
   Got this when Helene knocked out our power for 8 days. This generator started up easily. I’m a 63 women so this is amazing for me. I ran my full size freezer and my kitchen fridge on it at the same time. I was told that it could do more but that was all I needed at the time. I would definitely buy another if I ever need to.

   Impressed with generator.
   Unfortunately, I’ve had to send two generators back under warranty. The first one started knocking or chattering like a piece of aluminum foil with on top of it rattling replacement came in. I only had it for two weeks and the motor locked up and it had oil in it and everything was supposed to be done was done. I haven’t started up the third one that I just received about a week ago. All of the trouble the company threw in a magnetic oil dipstick to catch any kind of metal shaving oil, so it doesn’t run through the system. The most quietest generator I have ever heard it still got some noise to it, but not like most generators that I have heard extremely obnoxious loud Other than that I’ve had. I’m very impressed with the product and I like it.

   Great product
   Got this because of my power always getting turned off during the Santa Ana winds. I’ve used it several times and still work great. Just remember to break in. Look it up on utube. It’ll make it last a lot longer.

   cant get it to work
   The generator wont start up like it should. We followed direction to the tee. It is really loud so loud that if I hated my neighbor I still would Never run this generator. No one said it was as loud as it is in fact one review said they were in a RV park & it worked great. I do not believe that because it is way to loud for a RV park. They are not willing to honor the return unless my disabled husbnad goes out & works on it. We have offered to pay for shipping to return it & even that was refused. We are stuck with a over 400.00 generator we cant use. So disapointed in Amazon. We order all the time but I think that may come to an end without their support on the generator

   Runs kind of rough..
   It doesn’t run as smooth as I would like (With or without load) but seems to be pretty decent for the price. We’ll see how long it last!

   Well packagedEasy instructions to set upWorks like a champRuns our refrigerator when the power goes out or runs the camper with heaters all nightNoise level is acceptable but I have been around some loud ones in my life.We usually have this running in a pump house and I can sleep just fine in the bedroom next to it.We’ve had it less than a year and have used it about 10 times. Good built and easily moved if needed around our property.

   Well built, fairly easy assembly. Started right up. Haven’t had to use yet so no idea about run times.
