Amazing Generator and Amazing Customer Service
This generator is all I wished for! I did not want to spend 14,000 dollars for a Generac, but I needed something that could actually light up the house, including AC units, Pool and Freezers for a week whenever the next hurricane comes. This is it. Huge power but still portable and at a 30% the cost of a generac. It is even more powerful than the Generac. It starts and stops super easy from the inside with a remote, it holds 17 gallons of gas so I don’t have to run to the gas station every two days. Also the Customer Service has been amazing. The battery was damaged on delivery, they replied super fast and sent a replacement at no cost and was super easy to ask for it, no hassle. This is a good company. So far I’ve had it on to test for a couple of hours and it is great, the noise is not bad at all, It makes the same noise a small one would make.

Works well – major power and great value – smooth starting
The product worked right away and was quickly cranking out 18000 watts for our house. I really like the electric start and the battery was full when it arrived as well. I installed to 50A inlets and connected them to the 50A outlets through a Generator cord. Works great–just make sure you get a good cord (NEMA, etc.)The unit, like most other large generators is loud, but we’ve been able to find a good spot for it where a some fencing blocks most of the noise from the main house.Beyond that, it IS very heavy. I can wheel it around on level ground in the grass but not up any sort of hill. I eventually used a very small winch to get it up a hill where we needed it to go. I was able to unbox it and set-it up without an other help. The best thing I like about this is the value. It lets me do whole house power, reliably, with dual fuel for less than $4000. As long as you’re willing to do a little work for yourself in set-up, I think it’s a great deal versus an installed whole home generator. I also like the flexibility of the dual fuel. I am planning on using propane as much as possible, but it’s nice to know that I can switch to gas in an extended outage, assuming I can drive out to the gas station and/or keep enough gas around.Overall very satisfied.

    Absolute Beast
First things first the Wgen20000 is an absolute beast and I am so happy I bought this generator. This 28kw starting 20kw running generator is massive but surprisingly it’s super easy to move around with the included wheel kit so don’t be intimidated by the weight or size. The generator is loud but it’s to be expected but the smart idle is where you find the sweet spot not just in performance but how it separates itself from other generators . I say this most will vary Wildly with different loads but this beast just runs steady and you can hardly tell any difference with different loads. It’s remote start is great and has an easy time pairing itself to the generator. The only con with a generator like this is actually the 20kw itself. As you know the generator has two 50amp plugs. Something to consider is that a 50amp cord can only carry up to 12kw so if you’re connecting this to your house to an inlet for something like an interlock kit you’re going to be stuck bottlenecked at 12kw max unless you have an additional sub panel with its own separate inlet and interlock kit and even then that’s a bit much. The honest work around without breaking the bank is having to run cables around to make use of the left over kw. There are other ways to accomplish this but those two are a little much. This however is also rad as well because you can easily hook up two homes and run things just fine using both of the 50amp plugs or 30’s.Other than that one issue the generator is the best bet for you and your family.I live in the north west and between harsh storms, snow storms, downed lines and accidents my area it’s not a matter of if we’ll lose power it’s when. With this generator I can safely say my family won’t be going without and as someone with a newborn that’s a big weight off my shoulders. The generator came on a crate and was packaged super great not a ding or issue with anything.Choose the Wgen20000 for unmatched power and peace of mind.

Thinking about a Generac? Consider this.
Got this to power home for future storms and hurricanes. Just as powerful as a generac but only a 1/3 of what generac cost. I had electrician install 2 50 amp inlet boxes, interlock kit and a 100 amp breaker. With two 50 amp cables to the inlet boxes this powers a 3200 sq foot home with a 6 ton ac/ heat pump, 600 foot well, two refrigerators, every appliance and fixture in our home. We did a four hour test run after set up and this generator performed flawlessly. It’s heavy but easy to roll around. The alternator cover was damaged during shipping but I bent it back in shape and ordered a new one for $12.99 from Westinghouse. Amazon took 10% off the total price for my trouble. Was skeptical that it would power the whole home, not anymore. Zero buyers remorse on this purchase…I have also purchased a portable 48 gallon fuel tank and pump that our small tractor can lift on and off pickup truck. I’ll fill it up when hurricane season starts and use the tank to fuel generator mowers boat cars etc etc…we went without power for 8 days after Helene. We had a 7000 watt generator but we’re not happy with all the cord dragging 5 gallon cans of fuel every 8 hours…this is a much better set up, the electrician was very impressed by the quality of the generator as well. I also like the idea that its not permanently attached like a generac with a big propane tank. I can take it other places or let a friend borrow it…
