   Powerful, quiet generator with many uses!
   I recently purchased the Westinghouse iGen5000c generator and couldn’t be more pleased. The unboxing and setup process was a breeze, allowing me to get the unit up and running in no time. It is an excellent value, costing less than many rival models but with high ratings from reputable sources like Consumer Reports. Though it weighs over 100 pounds, an extendable handle, wheels, and lifting handles on each end make it easy to maneuver. It is very quiet, having a conversation while it is running is no problem and starting it using the push button or remote could not be easier. With a 30A plug and plenty of power for my travel trailer, I can’t wait to use it next season for camping and all sorts of other tasks.

   Powerful, Quiet, and Easy to Use. A Must Have Generator!
   This Westinghouse 5000 Peak Watt Inverter Generator is an excellent choice for reliable and quiet power. The remote electric start with auto choke makes it incredibly easy to use, and the super quiet operation is a huge plus. It’s RV-ready with a 30A outlet, and the CO sensor adds an extra layer of safety. The fuel efficiency and parallel capability make it even more versatile. Highly recommend for camping, backup power, or any outdoor needs!

   Great inverter…quiet!
   Bought this inverter for backup when power goes out. Large enough to power refrigerators/freezer but also portable and quiet. Easy to set up and use.

   Quiet and easy to move around
   It took a bit for it to start and actually ran the battery down and had to charge it. It comes with a charger so no big deal there. I let it charge overnight. Next day I went to start it and it started right up! Let it run for a couple hours before connecting it to my 28′ 5th wheel RV. Worked great! Ran the ac and all the appliances at the same time. I really like the remote start. I can start and stop it while the generator is in the bed of the truck. I made a box from plywood to cover it on only 3 sides to keep it from getting too hot. My next thing will be to get an extra tank to run it on as the small tank it has only runs it for about 6 hours on full power needs. Guessing it would run twice as long on eco mode. I like the handle and wheels attached too. Easy to pull around and not too heavy to lift. Seems quiet too compared to my other generators I’ve had

   Quietest Inverter generator I found
   This was easy to set up and easy to start, very quiet and puts out plenty of power. They also designed it well, making maintenance and storage a breeze, for example it was easy and straightforward to drain the gas from the float bowl and simple to add oil to the unit. They also provide the right type and amount of oil in the package so you are ready to go right out of the box. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a solution to power outages but doesn’t want the noise that most generators put out.

   Started right up, no problem.
   I really like the fact it includes a charger to maintain the small battery. We are off grid and sometimes need a generator and it’s great to just hit the switch from inside the house. And they included a funnel that threads into the oil fill port. 10 stars for those 2 features. The previous generator switched off the remote start after 12 hours. Just now running it for the break in period, gonna change the oil then. I did buy a magnetic dipstick that fits right in. It’s really quiet, even with the eco mode off.I will update soon.Update: The oil drain plug could be a little easier to get to. The plastic door is just a bit off to the right and my extension with a 10 mm socket didn’t want to fit in. Short 14 inch ratchet and short socket works but it’s tight. Barely had any metal crud on the magnetic dipstick after the break in period. (I ran it 6 hrs with varying loads)

   Great Value for the Money
   I just purchased this generator this week. I have been running it to break it in the past couple of days and so far I am impressed with the ease, versatility and great options I find on this powerful machine. I plan to use it primarily for dry camping with my RV trailer, but I am also finding several uses around the home and yard as well.Case in point, I have been needing to plant my garden but I keep running out of daylight before I can get it done, so tonight as the sun was going down I pulled the 4500c out to the back yard with the handy telescoping tote handle and hooked up a tower light stand I had handy and was able to get quite a bit done, until it started to rain.I am hoping to get the recommended 5 hours of lite break in use on the machine before we take it out camping next week. The weather is supposed to be a bit warm so I am looking forward to seeing how it powers the RV air conditioner and other power needs. Oh, and I should also mention that for the power it puts out, it is a relatively quiet machine. Another big plus in the campgrounds.
