Description

The Worx 10” – 20V Pole Saw takes the compact and lightweight standard Worx 20V Chainsaw and attaches a pole for up to 12 feet of reach so you can trim away problematic tree limbs. It’s the perfect marriage of our slim 6.2 lbs chainsaw (WG322.9) and our pole attachment so you can leave the ladder in the garage and have your feet safely on the ground when you work up in the air. Trust us, everyone in your family will be thankful for this safer method of trimming away tree limbs. Modern features make this pole saw easy to operate. The handle at the bottom of the pole features an on/off switch, so you don’t have to constantly raise and lower the chainsaw just to turn it on and off. The battery attaches at the base of the pole, when connected, for easy switch out when you need to recharge. And it snaps into the saw itself when you’re using it independently. Oh, did we forget to mention that this 2-in-1 works on the ground just as well as it does in the air? The pole comes off easily without the need for any tools, and you get a fully functional chainsaw to chop up fallen branches and the like on the ground. The auto-tension and auto-lubrication systems keep the tool and the chain in peak condition every time you use it. And the 20V 2.0Ah battery and charger that come with this pole saw can be used to operate every tool on the Worx Power Share platform, saving you money in the long run.
[12’ EXTRA REACH] It takes just a few minutes and no tools to attach the pole. And with a reach of up to 12’ and only 10 lbs., you’ll be able to get to branches and limbs before they become a problem. Please refuel before use, but oil is sold separately.
[FAST, CLEAN CUTS] This cordless 20V PowerShare chain saw is as fast and powerful as anything in its class. And with no gas, and no cord, there’s much less muss and fuss
[SAME BATTERY, EXPANDABLE POWER] The same battery powers over 75plus 20V, 40V, and 80V lifestyle, garden, and power tools in the Power Share family
[AUTO-CHAIN TENSION] The automatic, tool-free chain tension system ensures you’ll always have the correct tension for the job at hand
[AUTO-CHAIN LUBRICATION] The automatic chain lubrication system not only makes for smoother, more efficient cuts, but it extends the life of the tool. And the oil level indicator lets you know exactly where you stand
[COMPACT, LIGHTWEIGHT] The saw itself weighs only 10 lbs. You’ll work longer, with less strain on your hands, arms, back, and legs
[PLENTY OF JUICE] These are the same batteries we use on our Jawsaw and in our lawnmowers. They’re powerful enough for those, and powerful enough for a chainsaw

Amazing tool that you will save you $,$$$
I needed a pole-saw to trim the trees on the property and didn’t want to pay thousands of dollars for a tree trimming service.
I came across this item and thought “WOW!” what a great idea – “pole saw” functionality with a standalone light-weight chain saw.
I was concerned that that the chain saw was going to be too heavy for a “slim jim” like me (6’1, 168 lbs), but read the reviews and pulled the trigger.
I have not been disappointed with this tool.
It is light and easy to use.
I must remind myself from time to time to “respect” this tool because it is battery operated, not gas; is lightweight (yet has good quality feel to it); and doesn’t make the roar of the gas-powered chainsaw; BUT still has the impact of one.
I have cut many trees up to 24” in diameter and various sized branches without issue. The battery life is pretty good (I would say about 15 minutes of continuous sawing on a single battery).
It does leak a little oil like many reviews have indicated, but it is easy to clean and it’s not an issue.
Cleaning, adjusting, or replacing the chain blade is super easy to do with a couple twists of a knob.
Adding/removing the extension pole is easy to do and feels like it is safely attached based on the design of clicking it in and then tightening the screw knob.
Would highly recommend this tool for your average tree trimming needs.
It will save you tons of money over time.

Works great! Trimmed Willow tree with ease.
Light weight and powerful enough to cut thick branches and dead tree trunks up to 6 inches thick. A bit flimsy/top heavy with extension all the way out. Battery life was fine, lasted long enough to cut up branches afterwards for firewood. Auto oiling is nice was halfway empty when done. Would recommend.

  3. Tonckawa

Works great but heavy on pole
This chainsaw works great. Chews right through thicker limbs however, when on the pole (extended), it is very heavy and hard to hold up. Learned to hold it straight up and then bring it down on limb. I love the dual feature and that is the main reason I bought it. Worx online registration does not work. Nomenclature entry is the problem.

  4. Paul from Santa Rosa

Works better than I expected, love it
I got this to have the option of using it on the pole to trim high branches (haven’t done that yet), and to use as a chainsaw for occasional light use. I’ve been carrying it in a day pack on walks thru my acreage to clear downed trees, branches, and bushes to make trails. It works great for that. It has enough power and the battery has lasted each time. This is like an hour of intermittent light use, with occasionally cutting up a 10″ or so tree. It’s ideal for that use, doesn’t get hot, quiet, light and it’s quick and easy to stow it or take it out of the pack to use. I put it in a plastic bag and use the chain cover so the chain oil doesn’t get on the pack. I have had the chain come off a couple of times, I need to remember to check the tension before each use.

Worx great on mesquite and oak
I like that the batteries also work with my trimmer. I had to purchase this after falling to my death when my extension ladder decided to unextend when I was 10 ft in the air and pin my feet between the rungs. After 2 weeks of healing I bought this so I could stay on planet earth and trim trees. It’s lightweight, easy to use and works well on mesquite and oak. Biggest branch was about 6 inches. No keeping up with gas is great. Would be nice if bar oil was included.

    Pleasantly surprised
I chose this item due to its versatility of use, being able to be used as a stand alone Chain saw and ability to install extension pole easily to function as a pole saw. Most manufactures offer one or the other not both. A reasonable price and apparent good quality build.
I had purchased a battery chainsaw several years ago and accepted the limitations of the technology at that time, this Worx brand performs much better with good battery life and impressive cutting ability. I own several gas Chainsaws for heavy work, but I could see this model as a suitable product for the average homeowners needs and would serve them well.
Just a couple of things that are not great but acceptable are the 2.0 amp/hour battery recharge time is about 5 hours with the included charger, so it would be wise to plan your work or have a spare battery, and when using the extension pole the bar and chain are hidden from view so you need to be sure you have it placed in the desired spot as you place the saw.
After using this saw to cut several 5″ to 8″ trees down and clean them up I am well pleased with performance, battery life, and ease of use.

Materiales de buena calidad, liviana y corta bastante bien.
La batería dura muy poco, por lo cual debes comprar un par más.

  8. Jennifer Arnold

This thing works great! We are impressed at how well this unit cuts through high branches. Some quite large. Love how the chainsaw can be removed from the pole and used as a mini chainsaw on its own. Perfect! Would recommend.

I used to heat my old farmhouse with wood and am quite familiar with gas chain saws. But I got tired of fighting with my 40 year old saw, trying to get it started. When I opened the box on this WORX saw It looked like a toy in comparison. Lots of plastic, with a guard instead of a chain brake. But you know, it does the job I bought it for, albeit a bit more slowly than a gas saw. And the battery only lasts for half an hour, but now that I’m well into my seventies, that’s a good match. So for small jobs this is quite capable. It couldn’t handle bucking a cord of wood, let alone the ten I used to cut.
It’s a bit of a challenge for me to use as a pole saw. Although the saw itself is light, it’s a lot heavier that the simple mechanical pole saw I’ve used before. I wish it had a harness for support somewhere down the shaft. Again though, it does the job. I’m pleased to have removed some troublesome branches and cleaned up some brush at my cottage. It’s perfectly suited for that.

Es para trabajos muy ligeros, poca fuerza y la batería dura poco
